iSIZE is exhibiting for the first time at NAB 2022 (24 – 27 April, Las Vegas Convention Center). We will be bringing our latest innovations spanning encoding, denoising and generative video content creation that enhance video quality while saving up to 50% in bitrate, reduce latency to near-zero and revive unwatchable content to the maximum possible quality.
At the show, we will be running demos of our BitSave and BitClear technology live on our booth (W9200).
- BitSave demos:
Sun 24th April, Tues 26th April @ 11 AM
Mon 25th April, Wed 27th April @ 11.30 AM - BitClear demos:
Sun 24th April, Mon 25th April, Tues 26th April, Wed 27th April @ 1 PM
Additionally, our CTO Yiannis Andreopoulos will be taking part in three conference sessions on day two. Take a look below for our jam-packed schedule that you will not want to miss.
Monday 25 April @ 10.20 AM – CM|IP Presentation Theater
Perceptually-optimized AI-based video delivery over existing standards.
This session will demonstrate some of the latest advances in AI-based video encoding, with special emphasis on technologies that can work in tandem with existing standards. A significant part of the talk will be dedicated to some of the latest perceptual quality metrics and how AI can be used to optimize them across different encoders without breaking standards compatibility and also exploring what the possible bitrate savings that can be obtained over the state-of-the-art.
Monday 25 April @ 2 PM – CM|IP Debate Theater
A look at innovation and future trends in the TV industry.
Innovation is the fuel that drives the steady growth of the media and entertainment category. Over the next few years, the arrival of 5G, VR, AR, AI and several other acronyms may well prove the catalyst for radical change. This CM|IP Panel will look at innovation in all its forms across the broadcast and pay-TV industry including inspiring business models, technologies, individuals, and market strategies. The panel of experts from across the industry will also offer some predictions, highlighting issues that operators will need to prepare for in what is a most exciting era.
Monday 25 April @ 4.30 PM – Intelligent Content Zone Theater
Improving Video Quality with AI.
Advances in AI continue to provide opportunities to increase video quality. In this session, Intel and partner iSIZE will showcase recent advances in AI-based super resolution denoising that can be used to provide high quality video for the latest streaming services, and to improve video quality for noisy video sources such as analogue cameras and user generated content.
